Stage 1 , When a customer purchases a product or service through our online store, we conduct a 45-minute video call with them to gather basic information. Additionally, we offer an e-form for customers to complete, and during the call, we can assist with filling out some of the information.After this initial step, we begin by creating three graphics and provide links to all of them to the client. At this stage, only the Home page graphic is available on the website. The client then selects the graphic they want us to work on.

During Stage 2, we schedule a 30-minute video call with the client to discuss all of the graphics. Sometimes, clients may want to move an element from one graphic to another, which we allow if it can be copied. If clients opt for us to provide content, we explain how they can give us the necessary information. If we're writing the content, the client will give us guidelines outlining their expectations.

In Stage 3, we schedule a 30-minute online Zoom, Skype or WhatsApp meeting with the client to discuss any minor corrections. Once the corrections are applied, we proceed to create a mobile version of the website and adapt it to different devices.

In Stage 4, we transfer the website to the client's Wix account and provide support throughout the process. If the client has an existing Wix plan and domain, we help transfer it from the old project to the new one. If the client prefers, they can give us permission to log into their account, and we can handle it on their behalf. Once this is complete, we proceed to configure and list the website on Google.

Stage 5, which involves setting up the online shop and integrating standard Wix payment methods. Shipping options will also be configured for the client. Once these tasks are completed, we will commence the testing phase by conducting a sample shop purchase and creating a coupon for internal testing purposes. Upon successful completion of the testing phase, the project will be considered finalized.
Agata Business Services handle the template editing, the following will be included:

The client needs to provide certain elements such as menu product photos and basic menu descriptions. Additionally, a basic description of the website is required from the client.

Incorporation of 20 client-provided photos into the website.

Initial setup of Google configuration {to proceed this service client need have Wix Plan + custom domain}.

Integration of client-provided text content for the website.

Development of 5 engaging texts by Agata Business Services for your website or if you prefer you can submit us full text.

Provision of basic templates for cookies, data protection, and shipping regulations by Agata Business Services.

Contractor / Website Designer/owner- Agata Business Services

Client - The person or entity that purchases "Housekeeper Platform" Website Design Projects service from Agata Business Services Shop

This Classic Custom Website Design Project Agreement is entered into as of date by and between Agata Business Services having its principal place of business located at Lima, Upper Street, Fleet, GU51 3PE Hampshire (the “Designer”) and "Client" who purchase invoiced Classic Custom Website Design Project via Online Shop, both of whom agree to be bound by this Agreement.

This Project is a project design special only for one company/ business owner and can not be resold or used by different businesses / Companies.

Co-ownership: You will receive co-ownership of the design. Once the design is finished we will sign in you to role co-ownership to your website.

Scope of work: As stated in the product description

Client to provide:

Text and/or images as agreed.

Confidentiality Covenants Terms
This Agreement shall commence on the effective date hereof and shall remain in effect until the earlier of the completion of all services called for hereunder to be performed by the Contractor.

Once you purchase a project it cannot be terminated.

Loyalty Terms and Conditions

Agata Business Services as your Website Designer commit to be loyal to your brand and not use any of your material outside you website.

Independent Contractor Status

The parties agree that Contractor shall be an independent contractor and not an agent, employee, or representative of Client. Client shall have no right to direct or control the details of the Contractor’s work. Contractor shall not receive any fringe benefits or other perquisites that the Client may provide to its employees and Contractor agrees to be responsible for its own business overhead and costs of doing business and to furnish (or reimburse Client for) all tools and materials necessary to accomplish the services required of the Contractor pursuant to this Agreement, and shall incur all expenses associated with performance, except as expressly provided in Exhibits or amendments to this Agreement. Contractor shall be responsible for paying all taxes on payments received pursuant to this Agreement and that Client shall have no obligation to withhold taxes from service fees payable to the Contractor hereunder. Contractor hereby indemnifies and holds the customer harmless of any obligation that may be imposed on Client to pay in withholding taxes or similar items or resulting from Contractor's being determined not to be an independent contractor.

Governance and Jurisdiction

The laws Of England and Wales shall apply to this contract, for both contractor and client, and to all of the services and payments relating to this contract, for both governance and jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute, any or all points of dispute shall be communicated in English language.
